the idea that sparked the iStone
2 years ago I attended a Christian course held by the Methodist Church…. it was a good 3 months of learning, studying the bible and knowing more about God. however, one very memorable lesson we had was when we took a visit to a columbarium, where dead peoples’ ashes were placed. And we were taught to think for ourselves, what do I want to have engraved on my tombstone when I die?

Fire Garden
1. The installation captured my attention visually at first. the bright fiery lights against the night sky made a huge contrast, and i had to shield my eyes occasionally because of the amount of glare. later, very gypsy-style like music was played, my fav instrument the guitar!! the person was really seeking to create an atmosphere, rather than just playing some music. the mood of the music made...

These past weeks have been making me feel nostalgic. BOYS AND GIRLS PLAYING YOYOS EVERYWHERE I GO!!! i can’t believe this trend has been revived. I was one of those victims in PRIMARY 1. Thats about- 11-12 years ago!

i remembered another incident now, not today, but quite a few weeks back. i must be shot for this.
i saw a really pretty girl walking near me at that time, in orchard. it was a crowded place. naturally, a guy’s eyes will be drawn to the nearest prettiest girl most of the time. so the usual me will be drawn to her for about a split second, before i resume life all over again and continue...
